Shipping & Returns Policies

Shipping Policy:

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days after shipping
Europe: 3-5 business days after shipping
World: 10-20 business days after shipping

Your order will usually ship within 3 business days of ordering.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates for items from the shop will vary by service type and weight/size of order. Please refer to your checkout page for accurate shipping and handling amounts.

International shipping:

Please note, international shipments may incur customs fees. Customs policies vary between countries, and the fee may be calculated on a variety of things like weight, value, and size of shipment. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order did not arrive, please email us at katejhollingsworth (at) gmail (dot) com to let us know! Please include your order details and order number in your email.

Please note, the waiting period for "lost" shipments varies by destination. Domestic USA packages are deemed “lost” 30 days after shipment. Packages shipped to Canada and internationally may be declared “lost” 45 days after the shipment date.


Returns policy:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges and Damaged Deliveries:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are happy to replace the item(s). Please send us an email with the details of your order number and the damage at katejhollingsworth (at) gmail (dot) com.

Return Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for order returns. Original shipment costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an item return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
